Everyone at Green Lake Dental is very nice. They go out of there way to be helpful. Claire has cleaned my teeth for... many years. She always does a great job! Thorough, very kind. I feel very comfortable and relaxed. Dr Castleberry took over when Dr. Ratering retired. He fit right in and we are happy with the care he provides.read more

My family has gone here for years. Dr Ratering was such an Amazing man. To bad that not such a caring person took... over to kick my children out with no notice. No letter NO NOTHING because my foster Child takes State Insurance. We have an emergency and my son now has no dentist. We literally received an appointment reminder last week telling us to schedule his next visit. Oh well, "people like us" (says the receptionist) can go elsewhere. ALL OTHER PLACES have a wait list. Would have been great to at least take us until someone else could get us in. So upset and so not professional to treat people like this. P.S. I will take my kids and pay cash at another dentist since it is an emergency, which is what I would have done here if I was not treated so poorly.read more

Mad about every dentist appt I ever had before this one since this experience. But: Tetracycline stains. Front teeth... filling. Very nervous. 33 minutes. Felt nothing. Prefect match. Professional, courteous staff. Peaceful setting. Fast-paced work, with a relaxed vibe. In. Out. Unbelievable it could be this easy.read more

Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do but going to Green Lake Dental makes it a nice... experience. Claire, the dental hygienist, is the best in the business. Her manor, sincererity, credentials, and ability is the best I’ve seen in going to a dentist for over 50 years. Dr. Castleberry has a great manner, is very contemporary, and knows his stuff. He does not try recommend a procedure when one is not really needed. The whole staff is very welcoming and helpful from the moment you walk in the door. If you want a great DDS experience this is the place to go.read more

I've had a lot of dentists over the years due to moving around a lot. I am very impressed with the staff at Green Lake... Dental! Their office is thoroughly modern, the office staff is helpful and efficient, and Dr. Castleberry and Claire are wonderful! They are great with my 5 year old and my husband, and I receive text updates, appointment reminders, and easy billing. I would highly recommend this dentist.read more

I had a Great experience with my dental appointment today for my 6 month cleaning with Claire. She is very gentle with... my teeth and gums and explains everything that she’s doing throughout the time I was with her. She gave me advice about certain toothpaste I should use for my sensitive teeth and gums. They are amazing! I have a 3 year old that is afraid of everything, Claire did everything she could to make her feel... comfortable and safe.
