I’ve worked in patient care and client relations for more than 30 years. Becky nails it! From my very first contact via telephone, Becky actually made me WANT to go to the dentist just to meet her! It was time for my bi-annual cleaning…past due actually because it takes MONTHS to get in most places. Nope. I had an appointment with the Hygienist within two weeks. Becky clearly has the front office handled! Thank you, Becky. Hygienist, Sarah. Equally amazing! She was very gentle and more thorough than any Hygienist has ever been. I’m confident that she polished every single surface of all my teeth! I truly enjoyed Sarah as she is light hearted, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Dr. Castleberry. Incredible. Most importantly, he validated issues that I have been having for quite some time instead of brushing off my concerns. He immediately had a conservative plan and approach ready for every single issue. I need a little work and figured it would be this Fall before I could get in. Nope. I’m on the schedule for next week! I hope to continue with Dr. Castleberry’s practice for the remainder of my lifetime dental needs. AND they have a nice, squishy little pillow for your head and neck in the chair and just like when I was a kid, they have many different polish flavors available!! Thank you, Green Lake Dental!
